Combine PDFs in the Right Order

Prepare the source files

Number filenames 01, 02, and so on if their sequence matters. Open each source PDF first and check for a password or missing page.

Mixed page sizes can still be combined, but print output may look inconsistent.

Check the merged result

Add the files, use the reorder controls, and download the new PDF. The originals stay unchanged.

Verified example: combining a two-page test PDF with a one-page test PDF in that order produced three pages. For your own documents, add up the source page counts and compare with the output.

Open the output and check the first page, last page, and total page count. If the pages are already in one PDF, the page-reorder tool may be a better fit.

Privacy

The files are combined in your browser rather than uploaded. Before sharing, inspect the finished PDF for information that should not leave your organization.
